  How To Get Started

1. Request Information and Schedule Temporary Appointment

To learn more about us or to get started as a client, the first step is to call and request information. That day, an extensive informational packet will be mailed to you that includes our unique philosophy and treatment approach, services offered, and expectations.  Also included is, “10 Fundamental Principles of Health”, a cd in which we go over basic components of healthy living. We have found education is the key to our client’s success and offer this complimentary to get you started on your path to optimal health. Additionally at this time, a temporary appointment time will be scheduled for you.

2. Confirm Appointment and Service Selection

Within three business days of receiving the information packet, thoroughly review the materials and call to confirm your appointment and service. Without this confirmation call, your temporary appointment time will be unscheduled. Please understand that there are many others waiting to benefit from our services and we prefer to work only with those committed to their process of cultivating health.

Note: If you have remaining questions pertaining specifically to your unique needs, call and schedule a free 10 minute phone consultation with us. If you decide that our services are not a good fit for you, please call to cancel your temporary appointment time. The materials are yours to keep and of course, passing our materials along to someone else who you feel may benefit from our services is always appreciated.

3. Functional Laboratory Testing

At the time of appointment confirmation, we accept your laboratory cost deposit. (Note: Deposit amounts vary according to the wellness package that you select. Refer to the Package Descriptions Sheet for details.) You will then receive an email with your blood chemistry requisition form. Please print out this form and take it with you to get your blood drawn. Complete instructions, including a list of lab locations are included in this email. Most lab results are received within 3 days after your blood draw so please complete your blood draw one week prior to your appointment. Again, depending on the wellness package selected, testing will vary and additional information will be provided at this time accordingly

4. Intake Form Submission

You will receive a second email will include either our basic or comprehensive intake form, corresponding to your selected package. Please fax the completed forms into our office no later than 72 hours prior to your appointment.
